# Übergabe an Agenten (Chat)

**Übergabe an Agenten (Chat)** dient dazu eine Unterhaltung an einen Agenten zu übergeben. Beispielsweise wenn der Bot nicht weiter unterstützen kann oder die Übergabe an einen Agenten gewünscht ist. Es werden außerdem alle erfassten Daten an den Agenten übergeben.

Für dieses Element ist keine weitere Konfiguration nötig.

### Kompatibilität

Das Element **Übergabe an Agenten (Chat)** ist mit allen Chat-Kanälen kompatibel. Bei Verwendung mit anderen Kanälen (z. B. eines Telefon-Kanals), wird dieses Element in der Ausgabe ignoriert.
