# Kontext

Der Schritt **Kontext** dient dazu, um eine Intention in einem bestimmten Kontext zu erkennen. Dein Bot hat beispielsweise zwei Intentionen um die Zustimmung oder die Ablehnung eines Nutzers zu erkennen. Dies kann sehr sinnvoll sein, falls dein Bot im Gesprächsverlauf eine Ja-Nein-Frage stellt und der Nutzer diese beantwortet.

In der Regel springt der Bot zum Ablauf einer Intention, sobald er diese erkannt hat. Durch die Erkennung des Kontexts wird dieses Verhalten unterbunden. Der Bot bleibt im aktuellen Ablauf und folgt der weiteren Struktur, auf Basis der erkannten Intention.

## Kontext verwenden

Für die Erkennung des Kontexts werden verschiedene Intentionen benötigt. Beispielsweise: Zustimmung, Ablehnung. Diese Intentionen müssen im Vorfeld [erstellt und mit Beispielen gefüllt werden](/bot-verwalten/bot-builder/intention.md).

**1. Klicke auf "Intention hinzufügen"**

**2. Klicke in das Eingabefeld und gebe den Namen des Ausgangs ein, mit dem du spätere weitere Schritte verbinden kannst.**

**3. In diesem Beispiel nennen wir den Ausgang "Zustimmung"**

**5. Wähle im Menü die passenden Intentionen aus, die du diesem Ausgang zuordnen möchtest.**

**6. Klicke erneut auf "Intention hinzufügen" um eine zweite hinzuzufügen.**

**7. Klicke erneut ins Eingabefeld und gebe den Namen des Ausgangs ein.**

**10. Wähle die passende Intention für den zweiten Ausgang aus.**

**11. Speichere deine Einstellungen mit einem Klick auf "Ok".**

**12. Klicke und ziehe bei gedrückter Maustaste zum nächsten Schritt, um die Ausgänge zu verbinden.**

**13. Wähle den gewünschten Ausgang aus, den du verbinden möchtest.**

Der Ausgang "Fallback" wird immer automatisch erstellt. Dieser wird ausgelöst, wenn keine der hinterlegten Intentionen erkannt werden konnte.
